Deltek CSV Format Platform Integration
You can import cost data from other programs into Acumen using a .csv file format. You can import the complete .csv file or you can import the header information only.
When you import the header information only, Acumen overwrites the existing data for the following fields in the selected project/snapshot:
- CBB (Contract Budget Base)
- TAB
- PMB (Performance Management Baseline)
- MR (Management Reserve)
- DB (Distributed Budget)
- UB (Undistributed Budget)
The Acumen installation includes a comma separated values (.csv) template file called CSV Template.csv and some sample DECM files that are located in the folder. For more information about the file structure that you need to use, see Cost Data CSV File.
In order to import a .csv file, you must select the Deltek CSV Format option on the Platforms (Deltek) page of the Deltek Acumen Options dialog box. You can then click the Cost Data icon on the Get External Data From menu group (S1 // Projects tab) to import a file.
